Terms of Service

VeoStudio is an online studio for planning, generating, editing and publishing video with artificial intelligence. It sends your prompts and media to AI models run by us and by third party providers, then gives you the results to review, edit and export. Shorts Autopilot can also prepare and publish Shorts to a YouTube channel you connect.

VeoStudio is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or any other model provider. Model names on our site are trademarks of their owners.

VeoStudio is in private beta. Features, models, limits and prices may change while we build. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by a certain date. We will tell you before anything you have paid for changes.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• Give us accurate information and keep your sign in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you use VeoStudio for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

• VeoStudio runs on credits. Each action shows its credit cost before you start it. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money except as our Refund Policy says.
• Subscription plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Credits included in a plan expire at the end of that billing period. Credit packs you buy separately stay valid for 12 months.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Prices do not include taxes unless we say so. We will give you notice before a price change affects you.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If a generation fails or is blocked before it produces a result, its credits are returned automatically.

You keep the rights you have in what you upload and write, such as scripts, prompts, images, audio and character references (your input). Between you and us, you own what VeoStudio generates for you (your output), to the extent the law allows ownership of AI generated material.

You give us permission to store, process and transmit your input and output only as needed to run VeoStudio for you, including sending it to the model providers that do the generation. We do not use your input or output to train our own models.

AI output can be similar to output made for other people, and the law on protecting AI generated work is still developing. You are responsible for checking that your use of any output is lawful, including for commercial use, which paid plans allow.

You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including the consent of any real person whose likeness or voice you use.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the usage rules of the model providers we use. We may refuse a prompt, block an output, or remove content that breaks those rules. Credits spent on content that breaks the rules are not refunded.

Generation is done by models from providers such as Google, ByteDance, Kuaishou, MiniMax, Alibaba, Runway, Luma and xAI, plus models we run ourselves. Which provider handles a request can change. Providers may have their own limits and may stop offering a model; when that happens we will move you to a comparable model where we can.

Shorts Autopilot uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You authorize us to upload and update videos on that channel on the schedule you approve. You stay responsible for your channel and for following YouTube's Community Guidelines and monetization policies. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account permissions. We cannot promise views, growth or monetization.

We work hard to keep VeoStudio running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you have paid for.

You can stop using VeoStudio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users, providers or us at risk. After an account is closed we delete its content as described in our Privacy Policy.

VeoStudio is provided as is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims caused by your content or by your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved by email.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here, change the date at the top, and email you about important changes before they take effect.
